I just love this painting. Marc Chagall's La Mariee. I think it was supposed to signify young love, placing the bride front and center. You might recall it from the movie, "Notting Hill" where Julia Roberts' character gave it to Hugh Grant's, stating "it looks like what love should be like..."
I've always been drawn to the art with bright and vivid colors, which is why Kandinsky is also a favorite of mine. I really don't know a whole lot about art, but I like it the same way I like my music. If it makes me feel something or is inspiring, then I dig it.
