I bought my tickets for 2009 Austin City Limits Festival!!!! I was too nervous that tickets would sell out before I could get one, so I bit the bullet. Last year was so much fun, and I'm even more excited to go with people I actually like!!! (went with the roommate last year, except for the last day when she ditched me to go early even though we'd planned on going together. what a peach she was.)
Rumors around Austin are that Pearl Jam, Beastie Boys, Dave Matthews Band, and Kings of Leon could be headliners. Actual line up will be posted on April 28. The festival will be October 2-4, 2009. 3 days. 8 Stages. Over a hundred bands. I simply cannot wait. Me. Can't. Wait.
